Welcome to Equity-Based Co-Creation.
Inclusive design and research for equity-deserving groups. Equity-Based Co-Creation unites researchers, students, service providers, and users to engage, educate and innovate for systemic transformation.

What is Co-design?

At a basic level, Codesign refers to the application of user-centric research and service/systems development approaches to solve a particular problem or challenge.

However, codesign has also been described as a dynamic, creative approach to research that embraces a partnership with the community, and focuses on systems change and improving human experience

Our Mission

We focus on people and relationships to drive systemic change by engaging diverse stakeholders, building capacity for inclusive co-design, promoting innovation, and evaluating impact. We use co-design to address various challenges, emphasizing user-centric research and development. Through webinars, community events, and more, we address a range of co-creation topics, expanding our influence across diverse communities.
